Adriano DeSouza takes his first win in a WCT event taking out Davo in the final

Adriano DeSouza took out Chris "Davo" Davidson to claim his maiden WCT victory in Mundaka Spain, Leaving him in 4th place overall on the ratings with two events remaining.. Held in pretty average conditions the final consisted of 24 heats in a marathon day of competition, after the event was held off for seven days straight due to lack of quality waves. It's normally the case though for the Mundaka Event. This was also Davo's first appearance in a final of a WCT and has boosted him into 20th position, well inside the qualification cutoff for 2010
